Ards Forest Park | Co. Donegal, Eire
Today we went for a walk in Ards Forest Park here in Donegal…I have always loved this place; and it has such an insane variety of landscapes all rolled into one location! Ooof it’s lovely!
It has forests of many differing types, marshes, bogland, beaches, grassy fields and more – all connected by the most beautiful pathways.
It did my soul good to walk here today…in the face of many trialling times; tree therapy is truly one that helps me regain a solid stance on the earth and “regroup” mentally 🙂
I’m also delighted to find that as part of this years Green Ribbon Month this very National Park is a location where a Forest Walk will be held by IFA in association with See Change, Coillte and Mental Health Ireland.
